The funny thing about Hawaii is that most places to go have bars. There's just no getting around it. The weather is almost always beautiful, and the idea of an open air bar is just too good to not have one on every corner.

Now here's the amusing part. I really don't drink and I'm not actually all that fond of eating outside. Why do I spend so much time at outdoor bars then? Because there is one on every corner, and the pupu's are cheap during happy hour, and I'll miss them when I'm gone.
